Extremely happy with the service we received. When we were faced with a ridiculous delaps estimate of over £ 120k from our landlord, we consulted with BM and received great advice on how to proceed. Having a surveyor on your side, has great benefits. Rather than just letting our landlord charge us, we did most of the work with our own contractors and saved in excess of £ 50k. What I strongly recommend is to use BM to go through your rental agreement with a view to your future delaps. We would have saved even more had we. Special thanks to M.L.

I am delighted with the service received from Julian Mason. I contacted the company at short notice to arrange a commercial property survey prior to signing a shop lease. Julian came out a couple of days later to conduct the survey and full schedule of condition, which was thoroughly undertaken, beautifully and professionally presented in great detail and according to my lawyer, was the best he had seen. I have found Julian and his associates to be friendly, helpful, professional and honest in their dealings with me and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Many thanks.

Used their service previously, with no issues. Clearly no need for any new business now, as they do not return phone calls. Poor customer service.

It's taken you a year to respond, which again shows your dedication to customer service!!
No record of my previous custom, again shows your poor management approach. I dealt with John Gothard and work carried out by Julian Mason. Ref: 1215983. But you're right, it's clearly my mistake- you would obviously have called if I had actually telephoned and left a message! Sadly I did and no you didn't.
