The whole team at Bradleys in Budleigh were amazing during the sale of my flat. Always on hand for honest advice, with proactive communication throughout the process. Jo, inparticular was always a very friendly voice on the end of the phone, and went above and beyond to ensure everything when smoothly and nothing was forgotten. We found the Bradleys team to be highly professional, friendly, competent and sympathetic to our needs. We immediately warmed to Jo as she accompanied us on our viewing. She’s a natural: not pushy, but pleasant and knowledgeable, clearly enjoying her role, and able to empathise with both vendor and purchaser alike. If I could give Bradley’s ten stars, I would! I cannot recommend them highly enough! The team as a whole are always professional, helpful and friendly and go above and beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. Their brochures, photographs etc.are of a high standard, presenting the property at it’s very best. However when the sale of my house eventually went through after being in a complicated chain, Davina worked her socks off to make it happen by liaising with all concerned, when other professionals involved weren’t being particularly helpful. She kept me informed with the latest developments virtually on a daily basis! What a super star!! I’m so glad I chose Bradley’s to market property. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you Davina.
