We used Bramhalls for our sale and purchase conveyancing. We could not be any more impressed with every aspect of the service we received. Rachel and Amanda were a dream team to work with. When needing to speak to them they were always available. Emails were replied to promptly. On the rare occasion they were absent from the office there was always another colleague available who was completely up to date with our file as the notes were so detailed.
Although we had issues with the conveyancing down the chain, Bramhalls worked relentlessly on our behalf to make the process as smooth as possible. Their diligence and professionalism was second to none and we couldn’t recommend them more.
