Brays Pipes – Highly Recommended!

Brays Pipes were called to quote for a new water supply following a leak identified after replacing the stopcock, which was losing 132 litres per hour. From the initial visit to receiving the quotation took just 24 hours — a smooth turnaround and, incidentally, the most competitive quote compared to others.

Fast forward just seven days from the quote, and engineers Liam and his team arrived to carry out the work. They were efficient, tidy, and very polite — you wouldn't even know the garden had been disturbed. They were 100% committed to delivering excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

Water supply back on after 3.5 hours, they checked the meter to give me piece of mind.

What brilliant service! Kieran and Craig attended a water leak on our property, diagnosed and located it, dug a large hole in our beautiful blue brick path and fixed the problem very quickly. When they had finished it was hard to see where they had been working it was such a good reinstatement. Bray's Pipelines were excellent in every regard, the leak was identified and repaired in super quick time. The repair team arrived promptly at the arranged time and were professional and courteous throughout, the work was carried out at the agreed price even though the job wasn't perhaps as straightforward as it first appeared to be. Been told that a lead water supply replacement will happen after the initial assessment. I’ve been one of the first on my street to call and book for an appointment. It was all signed and agreed, now they’re saying they’re fully booked and ran out of time.
My mistake as I should’ve phoned everyday ever since the assessment to confirm the works will go ahead.

Following a leak on my property I contacted Brays and my experience has been really positive.
