Please remove these ladies from this post office. They are RACIST, very rude, and have no desire to work. I am not criticizing their age, but every time I have to go to this post office, I have to pray. Pray to God to help me enter calmly and leave the same way. The guys who work there are polite. But the ladies... My God, what's up? It seems like they are doing the public a favor? Isn't it possible that they are working with the public? Please, this behavior towards anyone is unacceptable. But they cannot work there.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Evri drop-off point today. I don’t know the name of the staff member- a young man, but their attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I simply wanted to take a photo of my parcel as I usually do for my own records, but I was spoken to very disrespectfully and told I wasn’t allowed even though I’ve done this many times before without any problem.

Even while I was trying to speak to him, he didn’t pay attention to me and was drinking water, which made the whole interaction feel dismissive and disrespectful.

This kind of behaviour is not acceptable in a customer service role, and I hope it can be addressed to avoid similar experiences for others.

Racist lady at the counter. Instead of helping like what she does with the other customer who was white like her. she keeps on saying “I am not here to help you. You need to read the paper.” Excuse me, we have completed the form properly and you only need to do your job well and stick whatever you need to stick in the letter and send it. Period!

Update: 7 March
Went to a different Post office in Eastfield to process my provisional driving license and had pleasant experience. Mr Khan in there made sure I did everything right. He’s accommodating and helpful, contrary to the racist lady in Bretton Post Office who does not allow foreigners use their card machine, but allow the white ones after and before us.

today 6th May 11.30ish a visit to the Post Office was made so much easier and l was treated so well by the Lady on duty. Being disabled she made delivering a parcel no problem at all - thank you

Not helpful in any way.
Had to go to other post office due to wrong information given.

On December 31st, 2024, I visited a post office to return a parcel. The lady collecting the parcel didn’t even ask me a question. She immediately asked if it was from Evri. If it was, they wouldn’t accept it. I told her I didn’t know, but I had a QR code. She reluctantly scanned the QR code and said to weigh the parcel. Then, she took the parcel and gave me a receipt. I kindly thanked her, but notice that there were two other British people in front of me. She was incredibly kind to them, chatting with them and even wishing them a happy New Year. However, she treated me differently. I was left feeling confused and a bit hurt. I spent the next couple of hours thinking about what had happened. I can’t help but wonder if her behavior was based on racism. I urge everyone to be mindful of the impact their actions have on others. Let’s strive to create an inclusive and respectful environment for everyone.

Never accepting parcels. Always full their basket . Rude and not very friendly and they make up their own opening hours

Don’t use the post service or amazon delivery here. You will not get your parcel when you want it, or maybe never at all. The place needs the post office removed completely so all attention can be put on the shop. Most of the time I went to collect my order was within business hours but the staff were “behind” in an empty store so the post office was closed.
