Very unprofessional! Terrible service, communication and overall experience. Had unfortunately made an insurance claim for damages property from one of our supply vendors. Luke Brezina who was in charge to our case, was very unprofessional. Didn’t return a single call, text message or email requesting an update on the claim. Multiple voicemails to his direct number and multiple messages with his secretary were left and just as well, unanswered. A simple claim dragged on for 2 months and check was written to the wrong person‍♂️ Beware when your claim is being handled by this firm.
