Cannot fault these guys. My car was damaged in a no fault accident they collected my car within a couple of hours. Very polite gentleman. Lovely lady on the phone at reception called with updates. Called to update me on the outcome of assessing the damage. Overall a great company. I hope to not have to use them again in these circumstances however if I were to have to I would have no problem with it at all.

A friendly and helpful service. Everyone myself and my father dealt with over the phone were honest and helpful. My repairs (my car's rear bumper/boot was damaged) were completed to a great standard and costs were kept reasonable to the amount of work needing to be done. When I collected the car I felt welcome and looked after as a customer. Plus the invoice provided is clear and easy to read.

Do not agree to your car being taken here for assessment of damages by your insurer (particularly if a company called Auxillis are involved). Had car declared a total loss and laughable damages estimated at 250% over what a (reputable) second opinion gave. Very, very strange process.

Visited Brockford Acc Rep Centre to get a private quote to repair a small scuff on my BMW, I was told it would not be more than £800 but was told I need to pay £24 for the written quote.
I waited nearly a week before I decided to chase up the quote as it had not arrived. On receiving the quote I was amazed that it was over £1100!! A bit different to the £800 verbally quoted! Had the written quote been around £800 as informed, I would have had the work done by Brockford Acc Repair Centre, Plus to add insult to injury I was informed it could cost even more. What kind of quote is this?
I rang the repair centre to discuss the above and asked, under the circumstances could I have the £24 paid upfront to be refunded. This was refused. Talk about being ripped off.

Very disappointed with service. Was given a vauxhall Corsa that when checked off to me had scratches on every panel and wheel. Only drove back and forth to work and when returned got a £400 bill for new scratches on car.
Anyone who gets car from them make sure you take photos of all scratches so you don't get caught out like I did as couldn't prove they were old scratches
Will never use this company again as not only would they not take my word on not scratching car and if was from a speed hump like they said means the car was not suitable for courtesy car been so low.

The quote for £400 was astonishing. If it was my car would have got other quotes
But can't do as they have priced what they want for work

Bad bad experience with this company. Have submitted complaints form with motor repair ombudsman website.

Extremely efficient and professional. Excellent communication. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I am really pleased with the repairs to my bumper. Anyone looking at the car, wouldn't know that it had been damaged, as they have done such a great job. This is a huge relief, as it is a new vehicle. Thanks very much. Highly recommended if you ever need this sort of work completing!

If only I could give 0 stars. Theses were used for an insurance claim via the other parties insurance. A small accident causing only minor body work damage but no, in the hands of theses compleat was it ended up a supposable £5600 in damage. Broken suspension apparently even though the car had been checked prior to theses picking up the car and DRIVING IT to their workshop. Ending up if a perfectly good car that we had only owned 2 weeks being written off. The car was left in a compleat state in their car park and disposed of before even checking to see if we had any personal belongings inside. I can only recomend people avoid them at all costs and go els we’re to a real body work shop instead of quite clearly someone who is working with insurance companies to write of perfectly repairable cars to make a few ££ without putting any work in. Pis**d is an understatement
