Absolute joke of a company. Looks like I fell for the same SCAM other people have done. Offered a price on renewal once paid got a call validating details then they put the price up by £800. Advise I'm going to cancel they then charge a £75 fee. I agreed one price they gave me a different one they charge me a fee to cancel it. Now they have the money and no insurance on the van. Will be Reporting to my credit card company & the ombudsman.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Broker Experts Limited. I was initially offered an affordable insurance price through their website, which seemed like a good deal, so I went ahead and made the payment. However, the next day, I received a call from them saying that the price had increased by over £1000! This sudden price hike felt completely unjustified.

When I decided to cancel the policy due to the price change, I was shocked to be charged a £75 cancellation fee. This feels like a deceptive practice offering a low price to get a customer, then hiking it after payment and penalizing them for canceling. I would not recommend Broker Experts Limited based on this experience.

I recently had a terrible experience with this car insurance broker. They lure you in with cheap prices that seem too good to be true, and once you make the payment, the nightmare begins. After I paid, I was instructed to call them, only to be told that the price I initially paid was not available, and they couldn’t secure the cheap insurance I was promised.

When I asked for a refund, they charged me a £75 fee, claiming that this was stated on their website. This hidden charge was never made clear before the payment, and it felt like nothing more than a scam to rip people off. They are misleading customers with false pricing and then charging excessive fees when you try to cancel.

This company is untrustworthy, and their practices are deceptive. I strongly advise against using them for your car insurance needs. Don’t fall for their bait-and-switch tactics like I did!

Jat was brilliant and really helpful on the phone!! Couldn’t ask for more. So far I can’t comment on the policy but I’ve got a really good price, and added van breakdown cover across Europe for £90 more which is a good price compared to other companies, it also covers home start. Thank you Jat for all your help getting the policy.
