Not an awful company but not great. Was ok when a guy named Ian was in charge of his own office then he closed but we followed him to 2 other insurance offices that he was employed at and the service went downhill at each place; never giving our renewals in good time but saying it was sent etc.. Sensing an attitude when asking questions - it was decided when our fleet quote went up from 2.5k to 7/8k (because we liquidated the first company) that we would go it alone. Glad to be rid as much cheaper individually:)
