I can not thank Jon enough for getting the wet belt and service done on our Ford Tourneo. He worked around our ever changing diary and got the vehicle service works done on time as promised. The garage services provided by the team at Brownes are to be thoroughly recommended, and they're my go-to people whenever I have something needing doing to the car. Just one example - on the day before Christmas Eve last year, steam billowing out from under the car's bonnet, I called in and Jon helped enormously - courtesy car provided and mine left for repairs, and it was all sorted out in a couple of days. There's always brilliant service from this great team.

Solid experience buying my kuga.
There were a few issues initially to get the car ready, which were required a return visit after purchase, but amicably resolved. Jon was great throughout the whole process. Never pushy, very knowledgeable, addressed any questions, patient and transparent throughout.

Where others may have taken advantage of a situation such as when my hood mechanism failed, John found an inexpensive way of solving the problem and saved me hundreds of pounds.

We have had a decade of excellence service from Jon and everyone at Browne's. I knew they were an honest outfit after asking them to do a cam belt change with a service. On collection Jon explained it wasn't due yet and could be done at the next service.
