Please do not trust this broker. They are unreliable and untrustworthy. Even if insurance is void and refunded to the broker, no broker has permission to hide this from customers for months and months. They had our refund and never tried to give us back our money, left it in their accounts for nearly a year. When we finally started chasing they said they are entitled to keep that money. What a joke. They do not care about their customers or have their customers best interest in mind. Please avoid and use another broker if you don’t want to be scammed. If they try to deny this I have screenshot evidence of them saying they are entitled to keep refunds and hide it from their customers. Horrible

Extremely untrustworthy and unreliable. Information was hidden from us when handling our insurance. Additional service charges were suddenly being added throughout our course of an insurance refund for a 'service charge'. This was never discussed before and held no valid reason to be added. Do not trust this insurance broker at all. An absolute nightmare to work with and absolutely selfish.

Please avoid this company, they are rude and unprofessional. Especially the lady name Priti. Our insurance was refunded to them and they kept this from us for months as bryan james had the refund all along and did not want to refund us our money. They then decided to keep some of the money as a fee for handling our case. This money should we fully refunded to the business because we already paid a fee at the time of purchasing the insurance.
