Done a 3 day first aid course, with Bryan as my trainer, he was very knowledgeable and passionate about it, it, he was helpful polite and had a very reassuring manner, just generally a good guy. I learned so much more than I was expecting as he's been in the industry so long he could give real life examples of everything covered. After many first aid courses over my life this was the first one I actually really really enjoyed. The facilities were also great, fresh real coffee, great tea's and kitchenette. If your planning on doing a first aid course use BSM Training you won't regret it. 5 star all round. Highly recommended.

Bryan accommodated our last minute request for First Aid training, making some excellent adjustments in order to deliver the course effectively whilst adhering to new safety guidelines during the current Covid climate. Emergancy First Aid at work course- Provided by Bryan.
This was a great course, I learned loads and was never made to feel silly considering I had little knowledge on the information provided. I was nervous on arrival, however felt confident throughout thanks to Bryan.
Bryan himself was lovely and very welcoming and offered some great advise, Thank you for you help throughout.
I would highly recommend this course, esspecially through BSM Training!!

Bryan carried out a half-day basic first aid skills course for our business and some of our clients attended. Bryan is engaging, knowledgeable and patient and ensures he takes time to demonstrate proper techniques and answer question. I had the First Aid 3 day training with Bryan and it was absolutely great! It was lots of fun aswell as giving us all the knowledge both practical and theory to pass first time! it was a very relaxed but professional atmosphere and i would highly recommend to anyone!

Had first aid training with Brian, topics were covered at a good pace with clear instruction and a nice dose of humour as well. Brian obviously had a lot of experience using the skills he is teaching and it was confidence-inspiring to be taught by someone so well versed in their subject. Would highly recommend
