My 17 year old daughter set off to go away for weekend with a friend and a warning light came on dashboard. We were away working and couldn’t help but found BT tyres online. I called ahead and they said don’t worry we will look after her. 5* service I cannot recommend enough especially when sending a young girl over on her own. Thank you

Fantastic Service. Had a puncture on the way to Cheltenham from Ely. Managed to get the car into rugby. First tyre shop not interested in helping. Ryan and Vicky @ BT tyres were fantastic and got my sorted within the hour. Great Service

Fabulous company. I called and explained what I needed. I wanted to keep the same tyres as I already had. The ladies were so helpful, they ordered the tyres in and arranged for me to come as their last appointment.
The tyres were fitted, the others were checked and told me they didn't need doing just yet.

I had a screw in my tyre causing a slow puncture. Everywhere I went was too busy to fit it in but these guys managed to slot me in between other repairs and fix the puncture. I was very impressed with their customer service and the friendliness of the staff.
