The service was prompt, professional and friendly. The assessor arrived within 24 hours of the incident and quickly and efficiently assessed the damage to our wall, authorised contact with the stonemaso n for a quote. The quote was quickly agreed after additional information was provided and the claim authorised for payment by NFU. A wonderful experience after a traumatic event.

Case handler rude. Having suffered a highly traumatic event during the recent storms distress is further compounded by dealing with these people.

BVS recently carried out an inspection on behalf of Admiral insurance following on from recent storm damage. The BVS assessor inspected my roof and told me that I did not have a claim as the damage sat on the boundary with my neighbour. I sent this picture the the assessor to highlight where my actual boundary sat and he did not reply. The damage was to the left of the pointer on the picture and was not on the boundary at all. I have since had the roof repaired at a cost of £580 but the decision that was made was almost pre meditated. Had the damage been further to the right on this picture then I would have been in full agreement but it wasn't and my roofer confirmed that this damage was clearly on my side of the divide. I would not recommend BVS and will not be using Admiral Insurance again

A truly outstanding service, we needed a complete bathroom refit after a water leak. We were moved to alternate accommodation during the work and the quality of the tradesman that removed the damaged bathroom ,repaired the concrete floor and replaced the bathroom was truly first rate. Hopefully we will not have anymore water leaks and need there services again but could not recommend them more highly.

Surveyor was friendly and courteous. Professional and helpful survey carried out, worked out costs and notified insurers on the spot. I didn't have to wait for survey results at all.

After Storm Jocelyn, we needed to claim on our house insurance to repair significant damage to our property. The initial claim was handled efficiently over the phone. I was updated frequently by the company, and their Assessor was highly professional, explaining everything, and agreeing to a sum of money to cover the repairs. I received the payment shortly afterwards. I was very satisfied overall, and would recommend the company to people who are looking for a good insurance company
