I would like to thanks Stacie Peach for providing an absolutely outstanding service when assisting me with dealing with resolution of issues I was facing with the developer that I purchased my new home from.

Stacie took the time to understand the problems in detail and acted as mediator between the developer and I whilst ensuring the developer understood their contractual obligations in relation to the remediation of my snagging issues.

This process took circa 2 years but Stacie’s tenacious approach meant that in the end the developer completed every single point that was required to ensure I now have a home in the amazing condition that I expected when I completed my purchase back in 2022.

I have nothing but positive words to say about Build Zone and in particular Stacie Peach, I am very grateful for the support provided to me during this very challenging period of time.

BEWARE - PLACE NO RELIANCE ON THIS INSURANCE.

The BuildZone 10 year warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. The Insurer employs loss adjustors and 99.9% of their effort is put into finding ways to wilfully misinterpret the policy to avoid liability and where that does not work they force the policy holder to invest £1000s in professional fees to prove causality between damage and defect. Great for the developer who can wave it at the buyer - but it is not an insurance policy you can remotely rely in if you have a claim.
