Avoid like the plague!

This company is a lying scamming business! They told me my policy was meant to cancel yesterday, they gave me a few warning before but since I was okay with the policy being cancelled I didn’t think to much of it. Now today they taken payment for another month! Didn’t cancel the policy just removed one of the drivers! Disgusting behaviour from them. Just to make more money. How can a business this large not stand by their word? Ridiculous, they have a number for everything but when it comes to a refund, oh they can’t help you, they’ll contact you but if you want to buy something, they transfer you right away. Imagine apple didnt stand by their word or something, they would be sued left right and centre. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this business!

"If you don't want to get SCAMMED(£1000), stay AWAY from this company(BCD). When I opened my insurance, more than four people called me on the same day to give me a quote, but now it's been two months since I submitted my request to cancel my insurance. They keep saying, 'You have to wait for our call,' but they never call(they said is only one person worcs in cancellation team). When I contact them again, they just say the same thing. Meanwhile, they've charged me over £1000 extra. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM."

If you care about your Credit score, don't choose BCD. I've had hard searches on my credit score that has made it drop it with over 170 points(nothing that i was aware of), never have had hard searches with any type of insurance. If i knew from the begining i would have never choose them. NEVER AGAIN !
