I read Mark's book, "Building a Successful Business", whilst planning my business, and found it extremely useful to go into more detail with several aspects than other business books/guides have that I've read in the past.

I have filled the book with post-it notes to refer back to and work on the many 'tasks' that Mark sets within each chapter, at the appropriate time- but felt that it was good that I wouldn't need to do everything all at once.

The concept of 'identifying what my business will look like when it's complete' was revolutionary and has completely changed the way I look at this endeavour.
