I simply cannot recommend the team at BIP highly enough. They are beyond exceptional, not just in the quality of the information and service they provide, but also in the care and individual attention they give to their clients.

Insurance is not something you ever want to use, but if or when you do use it you want it to work.

I cannot say just how important it is to know that if you do need to use it, you can trust that your insurance will cover you as you thought.

Honestly, if you need business or professional insurance then you MUST use a professional. Don’t buy it online and certainly don’t just take the cheapest option on a comparison website. Go to someone who takes the time to understand your business; go to someone who knows what to ask, what to follow up on and what to dig into; go to someone who takes the time to read and understand what a policy actually covers, and importantly what it doesn’t.

Put simply, go to BIP.

It’s the difference between knowing you have an airbag in your steering wheel, or finding out when you crash that all you bought was a whoopy cushion.

No one wants to use insurance but when or if you do then you want to find it it works.

I first contacted Rob Cockle after hearing him talk about Business Insurance Partnership and the level of service he delivers for his clients. He looked at my current landlords policies with a well known provider, which I had been with for years.

He then explained why the cover I was paying for wasn't really enough in some cases and too much in others. The cost was roughly the same with BIP and the cover was much better. Rob really looks into the detail of your cover and makes sure you are insured for what you think you are. I would highly recommend Robs polite and professional service to any business that are looking to get insurance cover.
