We both would like to thank Lorraine Wilde & BWK Solicitors for their thoroughly professional handling of the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home which was completed on January 15 2020. Had the pleasure of dealing with Cartmell and Co for the sale and purchase of my property. Lorraine looked after us and throughout the entire process she was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Even with the ridiculous amounts of hurdles we encountered, we were updated on a regular basis of the status of the sale and were told if we needed to provide anything. Wouldn't think twice about using them again.

I used Cartmell for a case and halfway through dealing with the case they stopped responding to calls and emails. I eventually had to drive to their office and ask what was happening. The response was that the department was maxed out at the moment! They couldn't even be bothered to return my calls or emails to tell me this. This has incurred me extra costs as a new solicitor now has to pick up the case half way through.
