Just superb!! Could not be more impressed with their service. My front door key broke in the lock and Sam came out and sorted me out immediatley. He even adjusted the door to make locking more fluid. While he was here I showed him a broken patio door lock. He returned within a few hours with a replacement. Please don't change this exemplary level of service. Many, many thanks.

Really excellent service. Moved into our new house a few days ago and CJ’s engineer (I think it was Sam?) came out to fit our new locks. He showed me how the locks worked and how the fitting was done, and was really easy company the whole time. The locks are excellent quality. Highly recommend!

The lock on my front door was not shutting easily and CJ's suggested that it may just be double locked rather than pushing to replace it. Having checked that this wasn't the solution I called to have a new lock installed which was done the same day. Really friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Fast, efficient service! Replaced the lock and handle on my front door and, at my request, fitted a very neat little key safe. Extremely reasonable price and I’m very happy with the end result .I would highly recommend.

Great Customer Service and very reasonable prices.
Turned up exactly on time, really nice guy, very experienced and knowledgable. Was able to dismantle the lock, install new parts and fix problem, saving me money and the need to redecorate!
I will use CJ's again and fully recommend!

They were recommended to me by a friend. I needed the lock mechanism on a bifold door replacing and the door realigned. Sam did a great job for me and I am very pleased with the standard of the work, communication and price. Should I need a locksmith in future I will definitely be using them.

I had a problem with my front door lock and I was delighted that someone from CJs Locksmiths came so quickly. Within 20 minutes! He fixed the lock, added a thumb turn and then gladly adjusted a minor issue on another door too. Friendly and efficient! I would definitely recommend this company.

Took a very old lock into CJs (100+ years). Jeremy serviced it (replacing the spring) and cleaned it up. It looks good as new and works like a dream. Brilliant job. We’re really pleased with it.
