Cabrella was the insurance carrier used by ShipNerd when I sent my new espresso machine back for a warranty repair. Despite packaging the heavy machine very well in all the original boxes and packaging, somehow UPS managed to drop it or drop something very heavy on it damaging it. I have shipped many items over the years but never had a shipping claim so initially was skeptical as insurance carriers sometimes have less than stellar reputations.... but that was not the case with Cabrella.

By chance I ended up talking to Jesse Moller, President of Operations, who was very friendly and helpful. I submitted evidence of the damage and a formal quote from the manufacturer to repair the shipping damage. Definitely recommend and will be doing business with Cabrella again.
