Picked us up to go to the circus from Caister very helpful also booked for the return back to Caister but we were late coming out but he still waited for us and no extra charge. Will book again as price very reasonable.

Cannot recommend Rikki enough. Good for a laugh and very friendly driver. I used his service 4 times during my holiday and will definitely be using his service again. He was available at short notice and was very helpful in recommending local eateries.

Awful service. Tried to pre-book a taxi from Hemsby to Winterton and was assured there was no need to book, I should just call 30 minutes before I wanted the taxi. However, when I called as requested, a very rude man told me they had “no cabs in that area”. I explained the instructions received when I attempted to pre-book, his reply was “well how did you get there?” When I told him we drove ourselves, he said “we are running a business here and I can’t bring a taxi from Yarmouth just to drive you quarter of a mile!” He spoke to me like I was expecting him to do it for nothing!!
I told him if it was quarter of a mile we would have walked! I rang Albies (who, incidentally are Yarmouth based) they sent a taxi which arrived within 15 minutes.
I know who I’ll be using in future!!

In response to your reply, I would suggest you recheck your records as I would have made the initial call enquiry from my landline and the call on the evening from my mobile. Hence no previous calls registered from that mobile no! Furthermore, judging by the distinct lack of anything remotely resembling customer service, I can be pretty sure that I spoke to the same person on both occasions.
I strongly refute the allegation that I was aggressive. My tone was perfectly reasonable, bearing in mind the rudeness I experienced. Once again, the quotes in my original review are word for word exactly what your operative said - I am not sure who would think that was polite! Perhaps an apology may be in order? So, no I absolutely will not be removing my 1-star rating.

Cannot fault. Very accomodating and kind. Rikki the driver was very friendly and easy to talk to. It was like being driven by a friend. In his own words, "the handsome and funny" service is incomparable to others. Definitely the best.

When the driver came to pick us up we loaded the mobility scooter in the boot, the driver almost shut the door on my head. She didn't ask us how many people there was to take and she was very abrupt and was hurting is along.
