We worked with Smart Safety on our annual ISO Audit and conversion from one ISO standard to another. Tom came in and did a full and thorough review put forward a detailed plan on what needed to be done to secure a successful result.

Tom showed us more effective and efficient working practices. Tom was always at the end of the phone or an email whenever we needed him and he even coached and supported us through the audit on the day.

Without Tom’s extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism, I don’t believe we would have had the successful result in achieving our certification. Tom’s determination and desire to succeed has also enabled the conversion of ISO standard to be smooth and stress-free.
