I don't even know where to start. I suffered a major flood loss affecting two finished floors of my home. Major damage cost. Asbestos found. It was a nightmare. After about 4 months of fighting tooth and nail, being ignored and muscled by my insurer, I got on the old Google and started researching to find some sort of help. That was when I found Eugene.

They secured a settlement for me that was far beyond what I ever thought possible. Especially with the poor attitude of my insurer throughout.

We had a burst pipe in our basement and cleaned up the water ourselves, after 2 months we noticed the subfloor and walls had molded. We realized the cost to repair was to high and decided to contact our insurance company. They denied the claim, stating that mold is not covered. We initiated the process our self’s and had lots of trouble with our Insurance Company adjusters. They keep on changing their adjusters, every one come on board came up with different way of settling our claim.
