I contacted Charlie to help me obtain a mortgage on a property which had an issue surrounding ground rent which was proving problematic as many lenders would not lend on the property.
Charlie was incredibly helpful in researching the issue and which lenders would be happy to lend on the property and was able to quickly secure me an offer.

Charlie was also very proactive and regularly contacted me to inform me of lower rates after we received an offer from Halifax. This helped in bringing down my monthly repayments considerably.

With only months left on our existing mortgage, we needed to find an advisor who could furnish us with the best advice and product for our remortgage and we were so very fortunate to have Jenny and her colleagues manage our application. Throughout the whole process, explanations were clear, questions were answered promptly and we were efficiently guided through each step.

During the application, we had an unexpected shock!
There was a Charge listed on our property from a Company, currently in liquidation, who should have removed themselves 12 years ago and this was threatening to scupper our time-sensitive remortgage. Obviously we were panicked but Dawn was amazing! She assisted us with communications to the Liquidators and Land Registry and chased things up on our behalf. There's no doubt Dawn went 'above and beyond' to ensure we could complete the remortgage. And now we have done just that, 23 days before our deadline date!

We now have a more manageable mortgage, specifically tailored to our needs and that is down to the very competent, knowledgeable and professional Jenny. Dawn also made the process much easier for us and words cannot express how very grateful we are for the expertise and support we received from them all and we look forward to working with this friendly team again.
