Following the break-in, the insurance company was undervaluing my claim. My loss adjuster intervened, conducted a thorough investigation, and obtained the necessary coverage for me. They were well worth the money!

We reached out to Adam at Capital Adjusting Services after feeling beaten down and defeated by our insurance company.

We had a flood in our kitchen that damaged our floors and a couple cabinets. The insurance company was offering to rebuild our cabinet to the best of their ability, but insisted that they didn’t have to match our existing cabinets (approx $5k value). This didn’t sit right with us.

Adam was thorough with investigating our claim and determined that the insurance company’s third party adjuster was trying to offer us the bare minimum without ever coming to our home in person. He was able to get a lead adjuster from our insurance company at our house to view the damage in person, which was a huge step in the right direction. However when their valuations of the damage didn’t match our valuation of the damage, Adam encouraged us to push a little further to ensure we received a fair settlement.

We are glad that he guided us through this process because it turned a $5k claim into a 6 figure claim. We are grateful for his expertise and believe he’s worth every penny of his fee, if not more. Thanks, Adam!

Adam Schwartz and his team are absolutely amazing. I wish we had called them from the beginning. We wasted months trying to deal with Homesite insurance. He got us over 4x what Homesite tried to payout for the claim. I have nothing but positive things to share about the experience. Very professional, transparent and organized.

I reached out to Adam after talking to several mitigation companies that suggested that I file an insurance claim for water damage after a supply line to my first floor half bath failed and dumped approximately 3500 gallons of water into the first floor while I was away from home for a few hours. My insurance company's Field Adjuster stated damages were approximately $265 for repairing the supply line, dry wall and repainting the walls in my half bath for restoral and claimed they would cover the mitigation of the damages to the damaged hardwood floors and the entire kitchen. After 45 days of being relocated and my house basically rotting away because of mitigation never being started I reached out to the original contractor that doing estimates for my insurance company to inquire when mitigation would begin, I was informed they were only tasked with the restoration not mitigation. They were able to provide me the assigned mitigation company and when I reached out to them they said my insurance company had never approved them to do the estimate but offered to come out to do the estimate. The day prior to the estimator's arrival I received notice from my insurance company claiming the $260-ish and when I discussed with the contractor he suggested a public adjustor. I was able to find Adam and Capital Adjusting. Although the process of dealing with the insurance company was far more drawn out and taxing than I would have liked. Adam was able to successfully navigate their sidestepping and stalling to eventually total an approximate $140,000 settlement for the damages. Adam was able to help me navigate a situation I was totally unfamiliar with and produce a figure that matched estimates of contractors I had reached out to prior to getting in contact with Adam.
