Do not use this company if you do not want to be disappointed and be told your plans to see your family for a very important occasion can no longer occur at the last minute!!

After booking my flight with them very early in February to travel in December, they called me out of the blue in November, a month before I’m due to travel, to tell me my ticket, which I had already completed payment for had expired. This was due to a fault of their own, not paying the airline in time, despite them receiving my payment. In fact nearly 3 weeks after “it had expired” was when they informed me of this! There was no communication from them at all prior to this, no mention of a timeframe for payments to be done by. In fact even when payments were done they would not send me any receipts to acknowledge my payments and I had to chase them for it. It was as if they were out to get me from the start looking back at it all and I don’t understand how a services company can do this to their costumers. Even after all this, they’ve still not acknowledged or taken any responsibility for their fault and ill doing and no compensation has been offered. Instead they pass you from pillar to post, talking to different people who then just waste your time and do not offer any solution. All they care about is making money at any means necessary, they would go back on any agreement and contract made with you at the very last minute leaving you stranded! Now I can’t even spend Christmas with my family as planned.

If you want a company that is honest, reliable and professional, stay WELL AWAY from Flight2day!

Note: be aware especially of an employee called “sunny Mirza”, he is the worst of them all.

Even one star is too much credit for this company. They are absolute SCAMMERS, do not believe anything they tell you, especially the agent called SUNNY. Stay away from them they literally will steal your money and you won’t hear from them again.

Absolute disgrace!!

(P.S My issue with them has been ongoing a year before COVID started so they can’t use that as an excuse)
