Have used Care Check a few times over the years for DBS checking requirements, LILY recently assisted in getting my account back up and running, was super quick to respond and informative about what I needed from her to help me get some new DBS checks underway. User friendly website and great service.

We selected a small number of employees (6) to trial Care Check.

Three weeks have now elapsed and we are still waiting for two of the checks to process.

I understand other parties are involved but a little courtesy and communication would go a long way, they have taken payment in full and now seem in no hurry to chase the applications.

We have only received one certificate this far and previous email communication for Care check has been abrupt, borderline hostile.

They claim many applications are processed within 24hrs I find this very difficult to believe.

I can't locate live chat or 'contact us' anywhere on the website and many of the questions on the application are ambiguous and difficult to understand if you are not accustomed to this process.

I have also had completely conflicting advice from different representatives.
Going forward we would be looking for an alternative umbrella company to process the bulk applications.
