8.40am the gentleman cleaning Rayleigh Train Station toilets refused to let me use the toilets after I drove 1h40min ! He said ,,drivers are using the toilets like animals! "
Shame CARLISLE if you are accepting this behaviour !

I was one of the Exhibitors at Cheltenham Racecourse Christmas and Fashion Fair this year, and must say you security team was the most brilliant, kind, lovely, helpful, friendly and efficient security team I have ever met!

Such a shame I can’t post a half star. Just at Lister Hospital in Stevenage and have seen the security guards at the a&e. What a complete joke they are. Sitting down in a packed area, taking seats from ill and injured people who are in need of a chair. Fist bumping and calling each other bro!! Uniforms that don’t match, beats headphones in one ear hoping it looks covert probably. And the license these people. Just seen one carry a chair 25 yards so he can sit on it somewhere else! I wouldn’t trust this lot with a garden shed let alone a major hospital. Shocking.

Have discovered that yellow jacketed ticket inspection staff at Manchester Piccadilly Station are actually employed by this company. Only staff wearing blue Northern uniforms are employed by Northern. Suggest anyone with a problem approaches someone in a BLUE uniform, not the ignorant yellow jacketed barrier staff!

Terribly organised company. Phones are never manned, took me 4 days to get a hold of someone where I was transferred to a rude employee who was not bothered to help me. I was told I would be payed 6 days after my shift and it has now been over 2 weeks and I’m still unpaid.

Rang to inform them of a location where their security wasn’t present and ended up being spoken to by the rudest telephone handler EVER!! When I challenged his phone manner he accused me of being racist and then refused to give me his first name for me to make a complaint. What an appalling company 👎
