After changing my car rang up CN insurance had to pay more which I expected only took 3 minutes to take £128 off my. So a week later I still have not had the amended policy off them 4 phone calls later everything they tell me there sending it. But never do, not impressed at all

I have been a Carole Nash customer for many years, but I now refuse to use them. Loyalty counts for nothing. I recently bought a new bike and tried to insure through these people who wanted over double the money I was quoted elsewhere. I then decided to cancel my policy , which was a multi bike policy. After over 40mins spent on the phone being passed from one dept to another, having to give my security details over & over again, speaking to the most unenthusiastic people, I was then given the delight of paying them for the privilege of cancelling, I now owe them money.

Do not use.

Competitive pricing but woeful service , changed plate to a private plate , really simple and they charge a 35 pounds "admin' fee for the change which took all of 30 seconds.

Been with other providers who simply made the change free of charge. Stuck for 12 months , will not renew when policy ends.

Do not use , plenty of other providers out there who offer better service and far more customer friendly!

Should have stayed with Liverpool victoria!

I insured my car with this company and have had a dreadful experience. A day after purchasing the policy, I received an email asking me to confirm details about a non-fault accident. However, the first representative I spoke to failed to clearly spell out the email address I needed to send the information to. As a result, I kept sending the documents to the wrong email.

Over the weekend, there was no one available to assist me, and shortly after, I received an email stating that my insurance had been canceled. To make matters worse, I now have to find a new insurer, and despite paying £600 upfront, I am still waiting for my refund, which they claim will only be £470—even though I was covered for less than a month.

The lack of clear communication, poor support, and unreasonable refund policy have left me frustrated and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Avoid them at all costs!

They have added £250 to my insurance, because I had an ‘accident’ 4 years 11 months ago. In a few weeks it would be 5 years, so why not advise Third Party cover until then, then fully comp thereafter. Sick of these insurance companies.

Not worth the 1 star, cancelled my insurance within a day but refused to share details why!? Took my deposit like a hungry lion, disgusting makes you wonder how these people sleep at night knowing they treat customers wrongly.

Extremely expensive in comparison with others. Very difficult to contact anyone to cancel the auto renewal which has to be by phone due to email not being acceptable. Three calls made the first confirmed that it had been cancelled then three emails received indicating that the auto renewal process needed to be completed.
The second call I was on hold for appx 1 hour.

Absolutely positive experience. No problems whatsoever. Had my scooter insured with them. Price was fair, renewal easy. Yesterday cancelled as I'm going abroad, done in 5 mins and very pleasant gentleman on the other side. Would insure with them again.
