I’ve recently completed the purchase of my property with the help of Gur at Castle Rock. This was a first time purchase and I was naturally unclear on the process and what to expect. Something that was compounded by the ‘house buying is the most stressful transaction you will ever undertake’ advice I received from those around me. Gur made the whole process, literally, a breeze. I provided much less documentation and did far less admin than I ever expected and quickly received a competitive mortgage offer and 3 months later (if that) I have a my first house. Gur was attentive when it mattered but more importantly imparted a sense of calmingly competent professionalism to proceedings which was much appreciated given that I didn’t have a clue. An impressive, slick service. The man knows mortgages and I’d be more than happy to engage his services across any other future financial planning need and would highly recommend you do the same.
