I've been renting through Caxtons for a couple of weeks now and have found them brilliant.
The staff have been super friendly and responsive. I've been in touch with both Debbie P and Sarah S and they've been super helpful and have gotten back to me very quickly when I had any queries.
I would recommend them, they have made the moving experience easier and helped any time I needed them.

Despite past traumatic experiences with estate agents and landlords, I was pleasantly surprised by Caxtons. The Gillingham branch team was highly responsive, communicative, and respectful. Our Property Manager, Holly Martin, kept us informed about landlord decisions and contractor input, making us feel valued and heard, and able to request what we needed without any concern we might recieve passive-aggressive and unhelpful responses (which I know lots of renters have experienced too!). Thank you to the team for your support and real commitment to enable us to have "quiet enjoyment" of our home.

Five Star Service! Fantastic company with excellent staff! Hannah was amazing from the first viewing to collecting the keys to the property. Hannah was friendly, efficient and made the whole renting process easy through what has been a very difficult and emotional time.
