Have been dealing with Tony at Caxtons for more years than I can remember. Every time I’ve needed assistance on something property related, and especially some very random questions he has always been quick to respond and reliable in getting the issue resolved.

Tony has also been great chairing our AGM’s and has been instrumental in getting upgrades to the property in place such as security lighting and car park CCTV.

Honestly one of the most frustrating companies to be unfortunate enough to have to work with. We have a cladding issue in our building which they’re doing their best to ignore. Our property manager does not communicate at all.

Poor and unprofessional service with absolutely zero empathy for the customers they work with. Very efficient when it comes to randomly increasing service fees and chasing payments though….
