Dunno where to start but here goes I worked for central fm group for 15 months approximately I was (TUPE) over to them has they won the contract for Newport recycling centre and it’s been nightmare since they’ve taken over first all they cut my dog handling hours completely down has they couldn’t get cover for me on weekends when I tried to book holidays for weekends they was constantly being rejected not just once many times but the company advises dog handlers which makes no sense so then went full time has security operative they’re mobile supervisors would come to site every night try catch you out and any little detail wouldn’t say anything to your face just run back to management whether it’s uniform dessa points etc central fm group would send me constant garbage emails + text message on my days off irrelevant I must of been up the office over dozen times for complete nonsense with it being 1 hour drive from my home they expected sometimes after completing 15 hour shift to go straight to the office knowing I had shift that following day they would use app called PARiM and at very short notice cancel your shifts and at short notice expect you go somewhere else when I’ve made plans they accuse you of taking dessa points down it’s piece of plastic they would blow away expect me to work every weekend had my Newport recycling centre shifts taken off me and not explained why they supply you with mobile phone for dessa points and I reported it to the supervisor that mobile phone doesn’t work they’d come to the site and confirm it’s not working but mobile wouldn’t be repaired or replaced just accuse you of all sorts company doesn’t trust you when asked could I wear plain T-shirts under central fm group polo shirt they said no I was clearly being targeted I was told only thing I could wear when working for central fm group is my socks + boxers they supply you with low budget uniform which doesn’t keep you warm and would send me to sites far from my home like working four shifts per week I’d accumulate round 240 miles plus leaving my house about 90 minutes early for my shift and I’ve never worked for company that just basically won’t leave you alone and I don’t mind management contacting me on my days off but this was on whole new level I’ve got 12 year’s experience in security industry and I have never had issue with another security company alway departed on good terms they have no clue how to operate security company they are cleaning company I resigned with immediate affect has I could no longer work for them give this company wide girth!
