Not to be trusted. These crooks extorted £25 from my customer (an elderly lady) to move their car so she could have a scaffold erected on her adjoining property for maintenance purposes. Absolute criminals!!

Astonishing lack of interest. Tom came out to assess work and give a quote. Fine - he was great. He sent a quote. It lacked any detail and omitted an option I Needed. He agreed to resend. It never happened despite my continued interest as I chased for an update. They would have had the job by now.

I was looking for a company to service our Axis CCTV system and also install a new Paxton access control system in our 4 storey head office. As luck would have it I was visiting a customers site, and this site was being maintained by CSS ltd who were onsite to maintain our customers CCTV.

I spoke to Dave from CSS Ltd, and he gave me the contact details of Daz in their head office who would be able to quote for the work.

I called CSS and asked to speak to Daz about a new installation of Paxton Access Control. I was put on hold for 3 seconds, then I was told that Daz was busy.

I asked if Daz could call me back, and offered my number.

I was told "No" as Daz often doesn't call people back.

I was then told to send in an email.

Really? I have to send an email trying to explain our entire building setup, our requirements of an access control system, maps, diagrams, and everything else?

I am sure a brief chat followed by a site survey would have been a better approach.

Anyway off to Chubb.

We have an alarm, fitted by CSS. Always come when called, last time at very short notice. Work always carried out to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.
