In early April 2024, the partial flat roof of our bathroom extension, was blown off, in a severe storm. We were away at the time and our neighbour was keeping an eye on our house. He found that the kitchen was was full of water, and when he went upstairs, he found that water was pouring through the bathroom ceiling. He immediately notified us, and we returned home to the devastation.
Initially the insurance company didn’t want to know. They said that the wind speed for storm damage was 48mph, and they only pay out at 50mph and above. I was suicidal upon hearing this. As in my mind at the time, I estimated about £10,000 for all of the damage. Eventually the insurance company had a change of heart, but the figure that they came with, wouldn’t cover the cost of the roof repair alone.
A chance conversation in a pub led me to making a phone call to Centurion Claims. I’ve got to say that that was the best phone call that I have ever made. Paddy called around to our house, and after that visit, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. Kieran visited a couple days later and things started moving. Centurion liaised directly with the insurance company and also project managed the repairs, they got Ross the builder and his team on site, to get things sorted. All phone calls and messages were replied to promptly.
Excellent company to deal with, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Keiron at Centurion answered our call out of hours when no-one else was picking up and from that moment on, helped us throughout the whole process taking all the weight and stress off our shoulders at such a devastating time. They arranged everything from clearing and drying out the property (ours was a major water escape), surveyors and builders (who in turn arranged joiners, electricians, plumbers, decorators etc) and liaised with the insurance company's Loss Adjuster on our behalf, making sure that we were treated fairly. All the companies used by Centurion were brilliant and have put our house back together beautifully. The cost of using Centurion was covered in the tender for the works so no payment required from us! We can recommend these guys 100% and are so thankful that Keiron answered our call, we wouldn’t have known where to start without them. A definite 5 stars and massive thank you from us!

I'm so grateful for Kieran and his team. Within 3 weeks they completed my home. From a burst water pipe under my bath. Having to take it all back to a shell.i had full input into everything. They even picked up all the decoration I chose. Helped with everything. Skips. Humidifiers electric. What a fantastic team from start to finish. Still checking in a week after completing. In June 2023 are life changed forever with a fire in our home. The whole house was affected and both hospitalised. The centurion team were amazing. From initial meeting to 10 months after when we finally got home. The whole house had to be renovated and adapted to my needs. We were involved in every decision and updated on progress the whole way through. Not only was it physical but emotionally due to all our belongings were destroyed. The team helped us guided us and submitted all information in order for it to be as smooth as it could possibly be. We wouldn’t be where we are now if it wasn’t for them. We will be forever grateful. Thank you doesn’t seem enough. But thank you for giving us our home back.

I have lived in my house for over thirty years and never had a reason to claim house insurance. So when I had a fire in my kitchen this year I was not sure about how to make a claim.

The morning after the fire a representative of Centurion visited me and explained the services they provide. Being unsure I said I would get back to him. I knew friends of mine had had a fire a few years ago and they had been helped. I contacted them and it turned out that they had used Centurion. They told me they would recommend them unreservedly.

I got back in touch with Centurion and their representative Craig came out to me a few hours later. I was really please as he took over making the claim to my insurance company completely. He phoned them up and knew exactly what need to be said. All I had to do was give my permission verbally over the phone for him to represent me. It was as simple as that.

Kieran was on hand if I needed any advice and he was with me to support me when the insurance company representative visited to view the damage. He gave me a lot of advice on what I should claim for and things I would not have thought of.

Once the insurance claim was approved Centurion arranged for cleaning of the house and the removal of items damaged beyond repair. They brought in a builder who made good the damage. My furniture and personal items were held in storage for me throughout.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They made a very difficult time more bearable.

I am very satisfied with Centurion and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

After a very stressful, damaging and near life taking fire, Centurion were on hand to help. With Craig's warm and sympathetic nature, I was put at total ease from the get-go. Add to that Kieran and the support team's efficiency and professionalism they handled everything, and I mean EVERYTHING.
