THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! You ring up all their agents are busy so you leave a message, 5 days later still haven't received a call back!!!
Imagine that you make a claim through them and my car gets written off only to be told that i have to make a claim through my insurance even though their client was at fault. 2 WEEKS of hell, left me without a replacement vehicle as enterprise have taken that off me!! not one person can explain why i have to make a claim through my insurance why can't you pay me out for the TL claim
