We renewed our insurance two months ago, however we unfortunately had to make a quick sale of our caravan. We were charged £35! cancelation fee. We then lost £37,94 as a discount for setting up policy. Then two lots of admin fees £33,71 then £14,99. How can you take off so much after under two months of renewing policy?

Robyn was very helpful. She spoke slowly and clearly which was much appreciated as not only am I slightly hard of hearing, I also have poor connection inside my home so the phone kept buffering and she was very patient by repeating every time I asked her to. Robyn was polite and courtious and explained everything clearly and in detail. I felt confident in the level of her customer service. All in all, I had a very good experience with this company and will definitely recommend to my family friends.

Had the best customer service from Hazel. She helped me through the process of cancelling one caravan insurance and open a new one. She spoke clearly and slowly which helped me hear exactly what we were doing at each step. I would definitely recommend using CETA if you like the old style human way of doing things, with great customer service and competitive prices

Really efficient service. Gave a fair discount on renewal. Good policy coverage at competitive price (after discount applied). Nice and easy to communicate with. Good to be able to get through to renewals and after-sales people without long waiting times. All staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful.
