Jack has been the biggest life saver I’ve ever met! As a solo first time buyer I was completely clueless on how to even get started, Jack was so lovely and amazing at explaining everything and making sure I fully understood everything I needed to know. Where do I start... Jack from CGC Mortgages is an absolute lifesaver! From the word go he has been unbelievably helpful and taken a lot of stress out of our mortgage application. We knew nothing about the company when we approached them, they had a stand at Great Leighs race course which my dad got the details from for us, I am so glad he did!
Jack is extremely professional and polite, but has a great balance of ease to talk to. At the start, he even said to us if you just need to vent I am here.
I have used a couple of brokers in the past but am pleased to say Jack will be our go to broker from now onwards, the others did not compare.
The knowledge Jack holds is second to none, he even managed to get us extra borrowing on our mortgage using his skills and expertise, things we would not have known to do should we not of used him.
Finally, not only has Jack sorted our mortgage, he has also sorted our insurances, we haven't got the easiest circumstances but with persistence and hard work he managed to meet our needs.
