Been with company for ,34years and was treated unfairly for first time with them offering no solution to the problem went to another company that sorted it no problem with in an hour of chapman and Stacey saying there's nothing we can do after being with them for so long that's service from them for you

Absolutely appalling company. DO NOT USE

Your policy will not be worth the paper it’s written on.

Currently in the process of making a claim for an event which occurred in October.

A complete inability to reply to any correspondence. I have had an ongoing claim since October with emails getting responses to anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months later on.

They just take your money and that’s it.

They use loss adjusters Davies Group, who are equally as bad (thought i should mention it).

If like most, you want insurance that helps your business as well as being a requirement. Look elsewhere.

Absolutely appalling company, they took our commercial premium in good faith and at the time when we needed to make a claim they repudiated our claim suggesting they did not know thae nature of our business.
Be careful before considering using this company in case it turns out you are not insured like we did.
Shame on Chapman Stacey!
