Amazing service from Charles Hobson. Jacket received promptly with a handwritten compliment slip. Great attention to detail which h you don't get from many other retailers. I needed to return to size up and the process was swift. They provide a returns label when you order, just in case! The new jacket was despatched quickly. Highly recommend this company!

I ordered something for my boyfriend for Christmas from this site and it’s something he’s wanted for a long time.

The price was amazing, postage was within 48hours and the quality was outstanding.

They also put in a handwritten thank you note which I felt was an excellent personal touch.

My order of a pair quality Loake trainers arrived nicely packed and in good shape. They fit well, and look great as you would expect from Loake, and a good price representing great value.
I ordered using the Charles Hobson website, and found the website easy to use, and reassured by the secure payment, and choice of delivery options. I ordered these choosing the free delivery option, and were confirmed with a tracking code, and delivered within a week (quicker than I expected) by Royal Mail.

The whole purchasing experience and quick turnaround of the order was excellent, and I would recommend, and likely to order again in the future.

Given my order value, I wished they would have used a better delivery service than RM 48h, this could have saved me a lot of time waiting and contacting the staff when my package went missing. I would still recommend Charles Hobson for their great selection and staff.

Excellent service from Charles Hobson. Ordered a Barbour Jacket online, with free postage, and received it only three days later. The package even included a hand-written thank you note.
