Excellent service from Gwyn & Connie with sourcing a commercial mortgage, amending to lower rates due to improved market conditions and obtaining extensions on both valuation and offer due to delayed completion - would have no hesitation in recommending their commercial mortgage services to other businesses.

Never actually gone further than a first call with this company as every time I call them regarding a promotional or advertised Mortgage rate they move the goal post and say its not available or the 2% fees advertised are actually 5%. Stop sending bate emails out and just stipulate the real rate and fees in your emails and adverts it will save both your staff and myself a load of time. I specifically wont deal with you just because if you are prepared to be disingenuous about rates and fees you can lie about anything else.

Very happy with the service I received from Connie, Dawn and everyone at Charleston Financial Services. They helped me out with mortgage of my property, after being let down by 2 other broker Companies. They were very patient with me, took the time to explain all the options without asking me to commit to anything, and kept in touch during the whole process
Will definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

I couldn't recommend Charleston highly enough. Not only did they sort out our mortgage for us during a very tricky and precarious time, but they did everything they could to go the extra mile - from response times and general advice to getting the best rates and answering endless amounts of my questions as a first time buyer. Most importantly, they were incredibly friendly throughout and made the whole process as easy as possible.

Don't bother.
I did contacted Charleston Financial regarding commercial mortgage.
They transferred me to Andrew Blackwell.He said that he will put the numbers I need in their calculator and will get back to me.
After several attempts to reach him, I couldn't get hold of him.
Every single time I rung the company I have been told that he is on another line and they will get him to call me back....but nothing. I felt like im bothering him...Any way, if my circumstances was difficult/impossible to get a mortgage he could let me know.Not ignoring me...this is not acceptable.
The annoying part is not getting in touch and explaining why the mortgage can't be done. I am a human will understand.
Thats not the right way of doing business!!!
Im sure Charleston Financial got other capable advisors to get the job done,but i can't be bothered any more.
But certainly I would not recommend Andrew Blackwell to anyone.
