Following a lightning strike: Rang the Household emergency number 24 hours ago. after 40 odd minute wait got through to someone who said an approved contractor would ring back within 2 hours.
No-one rang.
This morning I rang the emergency number again, disinterested they said the call was being dealt with by a a different department. They then put me through to the other department. I'm currently holding for 45'56" and still holding. 1400 quid renewal notice on my desk. will they get my business. Go figure
