I cancelled my policy with this company after paying a deposit of £90. The reason I cancelled was that they threatened to increase my premiums because they said my estimate of mileage was wrong. The reason I said my yearly mileage estimate was 4000 miles instead of 22000 was because I had moved nearer my new workplace. Also my son whom I used to visit monthly in a boarding school had completed his Preparatory School and there was no need to make those trips. No one listened. They were all bent on increasing my premiums, double the amount.
I then decided to cancel within the cancellation period and they now are refusing to pay the deposit saying its administration fees and cancellation fee.
I would never ever use this company and please be warned. They subjected me to a horrible treatment and took my £90 deposit. They are FRAUDULENT. All I want is my deposit back since I cancelled within the cancellation period
