Heard their prices are good was recommended by someone on a forum - Got quoted 6k for my car insurance then found insurance with another broker for £1600. I felt the service was not the best on the phone, They didnt really care.

They have been my best quote for my M240i for the last 3 years now, and my premium didn’t even go up too much after a claim.

I insured my car with Chris Knott for 6 years consecutively. I'd never missed a payment, paying monthyvia direct debit and taking an instant renewal each year without a seconds hesitation. I recently had to sell my car for financial reasons and obviously had to cancel my insurance. I've now received a letter stating that I have to pay £109.28 in cancellation fees. Great company, just don't have any issues before your renewal is up cos they'll kick you in the backside for it. I won't be using their services in the future.

I am an Alfa Romeo OC member and introduced to Chris Knott last year. All of my insurance needs are now dealt with by Chris Knott. Everybody I speak to is professional, knowledgable and genuinely interested in my individual circumstances. Their pricing is clear & transparent and they are really genuine. I have had an awful experience for years with One Sure / Staveley Head on my campervan insurance so will be moving that over to Chris Knott soon.
