Headoffice micro manages to a laughable degree. Some departments worst than others but a bullying management style which is encouraged. Treated like children and terrible atmosphere in very large office. Staff turnover is really high due to all the above.

I work for this company in suffolk.
I was happy in my area,then they ask me to do supervisor, I said I could only due it temporarily, after I was move to a different area as they had give my old area to someone else.
They expected me to do 9 class and to small office in 2hours,I felt this was impossible, my friend works in another high and gets 3 hours for 8 classroom.
I the were very tight I cleaning materials, the person in charges came in on a Monday and divided the cleaning materials out,10 black bags,one hoover bag and one tablets to go in your spray bottle,this was for cleaning the tables with.
You are 2 a pence to this company ,all I got when I said I was leaving was OK,after i gave my notice In the person came in and said I could leave when I wanted, so I just walk out.
When I was helping out I worked 3hours ,I told then I would put down 2.5 hours as I am on carers allowance, so basically I did them a favour, and that's how they treat you.

My daughter started working for this company a couple of months ago! Still hasn’t been paid! Supposed to be paid 2 weekly! What an absolute disgrace they are! Just keep fobbing her off! About to get Acas involved!

Radish Churchill’s provide catering for care homes and are money orientated they are the worst companies you could possibly work for. I have been in the catering industry for 43 years and I have never worked for a company quite like this before. They do not respond to your phone calls, or your emails and are always criticising their staff as I say you get what you pay for. It is the worst paying company I have come across they do not pay overtime as well as this I worked Christmas Day and Boxing Day and New Year's Day. This was just normal standard pay and as well as this we didn't even receive a Christmas card from the company, not too much to ask for but all the area managers were off enjoying themselves. I have just left the company after bearing it for just on a year not even a goodbye or good luck from the area manager then again, I haven't seen the error manager for over 4 weeks they just leave you on your own. Please take my advice don't get involved with radish Churchill’s you'll be sorry

I truly liked working at Cambridge train station in the afternoon's. I didn't want to resign but the site supervisor was video in me and took me to the office and showing me some rubbish what i missed underneath the seats are i have a bit of bad back and a bad leg where i got attacked in 2004 and it upset me what she did to me and i thought it was against the law video in someone in public.because on the trains someone people do bins, picking and toilets. And I was only there for 3 weeks i won't mention the female site supervisor name.

what an absolute joke of a company if they can call themselves a company only think of themselves left my family without no money over Xmas period meaning my 3 children miss out nearly lost our home due to no wages and being fobbed off constantly the account manager for harwich is a complete waste of space couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. would never recommended anyone to work for this company unless you don't want to be paid. trying to contact them is never easy and when you have to contact the account manager he is rude and aggressive kept playing the victim card saying it's not his problem bloke hasn't done a hard days work all his life lives off mummy and step daddy for everything. still owe me 50quid but they can shove that where the sun don't shine I've left with dignity unlike them

My supervisor was great, my coworkers were great, but everything else stunk. The manager was always patronising to everyone, thinking it was funny, and i have heard rumours that a previous manager made fun of employees and was going to be taken to court by the union before said manager was replaced. It feels very much like the upper management do not care and have never held cleaning jobs in their lives.

It wouldn't surprise me if my experience with Churchill is the same for most people, good co workers, but that's it.
