Worst company ever will never insure with them again. Having been loyal customers for years we have been incredibly let down by them. Will make sure to let people know what they have done. Even after being let down they don't have the decency to assist with simple paperwork that is required for my new policy(with another company). Rung up 3 times with no avail or assitance. Steer clear!! Much better off using Aviva or First central both been recommended by family who have not had an issues when it comes to insurance. (If you mange to get documents to give to your new insurer....)

My experience with Churchill insurance..Misleading miscommunication, bad Customer Service they have companies like Auxilis to give hire car who is ridiculously bad.. Having an accident it’s a stress in itself.. then having stressed with your insurance company and their partner is something no one should experience. Last two weeks, all of experience is best bad Customer Service that communication I would definitely not recommend anyone to take their insurance from this company. They don’t even deserve one star to be honest…

DO NOT USE! this is almost my eighth month of waiting for my car insurance claim to be sorted. I have been this long without a family car a 23 plate at that I have been told that I’ve won the claim then I’ve been told that I’ve lost the claim. My car has not been fixed to satisfaction and even though an independent assessor has been out and agreed with us they still disagree and it doesn’t look like I will be getting my car fixed anytime soon. The way we have been treat by Churchill car insurance is absolutely disgusting. I don’t Think they realise what an impact this has had on my family we spent all our savings on this car and now we are just waiting With no communication from them unless we contact them every time we phone we have to wait 48 hours for a response we have numerous complaints in, they know what they are doing they know full well we can’t go to the ombudsman until we get a final verdict

If I could give zero stars for this company I would. Awful customer service, don't respond to emails, and insulting settlement offer which will leave me significantly out of pocket following my car being written off and being not at fault. I've extensively searched for a like for like replacement, but it is not possible at what they are offering - of course, they will not back up their offer by sending you examples of like for like cars at the price they are offering. The strapline "Cover You Can Depend On" is little more than meaningless corporate word salad. Every element of the claim is farmed out to equally useless companies that also do not respond to emails. The stress of being in a car accident when you car is written off is bad enough, to then have to deal with Churchill and their poor customer service and knowing you are now out of pocket despite only having the car 3 weeks simply makes it all 100 times worse. I feel sick to my stomach and have been unable to sleep. Avoid this company like the plague.

"One star. Beware!
Do not rely on Home Emergency Plus for plumbing issues. On multiple occasions, the engineers they sent out have been unprofessional, staying for only 10 minutes, failing to remove the boiler cover, and not conducting proper inspections. They consistently ignore basic best practices, such as checking system pressure or properly looking for leaks. The service is poor, leaving me without heating or hot water. It feels like a cowboy operation—low quality and no accountability. Avoid if you want reliable help."

Utterly appalling customer service when making a claim. Even worse, the accident was not my fault yet Churchill cannot seem to have your back. I'm 4 weeks post accident, still without a suitable replacement hire car, an 11 week old baby and have been given an insulting 'market value' for my car which does not reflect the market and importation costs associated with living in Jersey. Now thousands of pound at a loss and without a car.
