I contacted David after having issues getting a mortgage with previous broker who did not understand being self employed person on CIS wages .

David was very experienced on what was needed. He was straight on the case and gave me his full attention on the case.

He was prompt to call me and discuss my requirements, I had a property that I put an offer in.

Wow where do I begin… I came across David’s website on a general google search after having trouble with my original broker that could not get us a hint of a mortgage with my partners cis long term income which was proving extremely frustrating. David contacted me very quickly after getting in contact online and the ball was rolling. We came across some hurdles but David always put another plan in place just incase.
