Bad EXPERIENCE

Here's the updated review:

"I've had a very disappointing experience with Citation. They refused to terminate my contract even though my business no longer needed their services, insisting I pay the remainder of a lengthy seven-year contract. This has cost me thousands of pounds and caused significant stress and anxiety. And now they have are demanding close £800 a month because l was behind with the payments yet the cut off all services.
don't care if you have other business debts or financial difficulties; they just want their money. I hardly used their services because they oversell something you don't need, and their support system is terrible. I've spoken to other clients who also felt targeted as new business owners. It seems Citation preys on the naivety of newcomers, leading them into exploitative contracts. I advise others not to go there."
I wouldn't of never signed up if l knew better. I was a new business owner. The convinced me l needed they services. Now l am going further in to debt because of them

Citation attend our work premises to undertake a Health & Safety Audit and reviewed our current processes in detail. The Health & Safety Consultant provided some advisories including some mandatory requirements that were not in place. The information provided from Citation was very detailed and the knowledge passed on to us as a Company was very beneficial. They supported us through the entire process with visits, online meetings, support materials and phone calls. We have now expanded our commitment to include Health + Safety support.
