Tried to ring several times this week, on hold for >30mins at a time and can never get through to anyone. Also requested a call back 5 days ago, no one has rung me back. Good thing my call isn't that urgent, just wanted to get some advice.

Very hard to get seen will maybe only see The first 10_12 people on queue phone in my experience is never answered been on it for longer than 2 hours robot promises to call back but doesn't ladies on front desk appear to do nothing other than hand out and take back forms you cannot queue and Get to reception and make an appointment appointments can be made by phone if you are lucky enough to be answered .They constantly remind you they are volenteers as if that makes incompitance acceptable and they let you know how lucky you are that they are sometimes there and can sometimes help you with a problem although i have been with two problems one outstanding and waiting on outcome and one which i spent hours on the phone for no reply then spent days queiing for could not get in when finaly did get in was told they couldnt help, wow if only they answered thier phones. The people who actually givé advice are nice friendly and mostly knoweledgable and do volenteer and sometimes help,if only getting to see them in first place could be made easier, like answering the phones or the people on reception actually making use of themselves by making appointments

Unfortunately it was clear that the women who work here are clearly biased. Even after saying it was an emergency and explaining my situation the best they could say was come back on Wednesday and read a form which I had said I had already done as well as saying it was a matter of urgency where in which I could not wait a few days. Extremely disappointed in this service. It could be the work staff themselves or the fact they’re clearly extremely understaffed and underpaid but this service is very disappointing, don’t go here unless you HAVE to.

Just posting here, because I currently live in Swindon. To say that Citizen Advice Helplines have been helpful to me is an understatement, they have been AMAZING. So much sound practical information to help calm my nerveous system and then do next steps confidently based on the advice they provided to me many times for the past 6 months. Keep doing the good work, everyone!

Phoned and left a message for them to call me back. Gave all contact details as required. Did not get a call back. Not worth leaving a message. I will have to try to go there to see someone. Not good.
